In a bid to consolidate the success of grassroot football in Imo State, the Imo Football Association under the leadership of Mazi Amanze Uchegbulam has appointed Sunrise Family Services Vancouver Canada as a scouting partner.

Speaking during the signing of the partnership, Mazi Amanze Uchegbulam stated that this move will help young footballers at the grassroots to fulfil their dream of playing their craft outside the shores of the country .He also stated that the state will see a significant rise in both local and foreign investments because the move will put Imo State Football on the radar of companies who fund football development.

The Managing Director of Sunrise in his speech thanked the stakeholders in the State for giving him and his team the opportunity  to be part of the growth of football in the state.
